How is this different from just browsing Property24 myself?
You can absolutely browse Property24 yourself, and many people do. What I add is time and judgment: going through listings so you don't have to, telling you honestly what's worth your attention and what isn't, and keeping track of what you've already seen and how you felt about it — so you're not managing fifteen open tabs on your own.
What happens after I reserve my spot?
I'm onboarding people in small groups so I can give each person real attention. I'll be in touch by email before anything is charged, and you'll know exactly what to expect before you commit to anything further.
What if I don't want to continue once you reach out?
That's completely fine — there's no obligation, and nothing is charged unless you choose to move forward.
Who is Sifa?
