When you fill in a brief, we collect your name, email address, and your answers about what you're looking for — budget, area, must-haves, and so on. We use this only to run your property search and to contact you about it: sending you matches, following up on your search, and replying to anything you send us.

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it removed, or stop receiving emails from us at any time — just email hello@nestscout.co.za, or reply to any email we've sent you.

We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to run your search.
